These terms and conditions govern the online sale of cosmetics, hairdressing and personal care products offered via this website, as well as the support and customer service associated with such purchases.
Purchase Process
Users may browse the catalogue, select products and add them to their basket.
Before completing the purchase, a summary will be displayed showing the selected items, prices, taxes and delivery charges.
The purchase is considered finalised once payment has been confirmed and the confirmation email has been received.
Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the VAT rate currently in force in Spain.
Prices may be changed at any time, but this will never affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Dispatch and Delivery Times
Deliveries are made to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
The usual delivery time is 24–72 working hours, barring any logistical issues or stock shortages.
Delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and given the option to wait for it to be restocked, exchange the product or request a refund.
Product Warranty
All products are genuine and new, purchased from official distributors.
Cosmetics and hairdressing products are covered by a statutory warranty against manufacturing defects.
Claims for damage resulting from incorrect use, tampering or improper storage will not be accepted.
Returns Policy
The customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
For hygiene reasons, we will only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
If the product arrives faulty or damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of Estepona (Málaga).
